Drake bought 21 Savage a Ferrari for his 24th birthday.

The gift fueled speculation that Drake was in the process of signing the Atlanta upstart to OVO.

TMZ caught up with Savage and his sweet new ride in LA last night, and asked him if he was moving to Drake's label.

"Ask Drake," Savage repeated, deflecting the question.

Does this make Savage the man to bring once-friends Drake and Meek back together?

While he tells TMZ that they're both his "homies," he had no comment on playing peacemaker.
