Ishmael Daniels stands accused of shooting and killing rapper Rashay "Shay Baby" Garrison in Gainesville, Florida early Monday morning.

According to a witness, Daniels said he did so because he objected to content in Shay Baby's video for 'Cold Outchea', which Shay had just posted on YouTube this weekend.

Daniels allegedly pulled up next to Shay Baby's Dodge Charger -- which is featured in the video -- at 4 AM on Monday and fired ten shots, killing Shay Baby and injuring the witness.

Daniels was caught by police the next day after returning the rental car that it is believed he used in the drive-by. The car had been scrubbed with bleach, and Daniels smelled of bleach when the cops picked him up.

It's unclear what exactly about the video -- which talks about murder, snitching and child molestation -- Daniels objected to.

The 28-year old was arrested on one count of murder, one count of attempted murder and one count of possession of a firearm by a convicted felon. He is being held on $1 million bail at the Alachua County jail.

RIP, Shay Baby.
