42 Dugg was sentenced to a year behind bars in April since he failed to surrender himself for a six month prison stay.
The original sentence is related to Dugg shooting at a firing range in Atlanta while being a felon.
On Tuesday, May 16, he posted a message on Instagram about getting unfair treatment behind bars.

“Im in jail for going to the gun range, dropping dirty and failure to appear," wrote Dugg in part. "I didn’t steal from nobody, hurt nobody, they handling me crazy. Man im in this bitch heating my food up with the water from the nasty ass shower. They dont even give us hot water to heat our food up aint no microwave, I can’t get no visits from my family nothing. Im sure they gone do some more illegal sh*t but what I pose to die in this bitch for probation violation.”
Dugg also wrote that he needs "the best civil lawyer in Georgia."
