Earlier this week, 42 Dugg was arrested by federal agents for failing to report to a West Virginia prison to serve his six-month sentence for gun possession as a felon.

The feds caught him in a private jet when he returned to his home of Detroit from an NBA playoff game in Memphis.

And why would 42 Dugg be chilling at a nationally televised basketball game when he was wanted by the federal government.

Well, Dugg believed that he was his own government.

Prosecutors have revealed that Dugg insists he is a sovereign citizen, thus immune from the laws of the United States.

The only problem is that defense doesn't work in real life, and Dugg is now being held without bond.  He will likely get time added to his six-month sentence.
