50 Cent has been commenting on Diddy's sex trafficking trial since it began earlier this week.

He first had something to say about his alleged urination fetish, and now he's clowning him over his penis size.

Yesterday, it was reported that a woman known as Jane Doe is accusing Diddy of raping her in his New York City apartment in 2001. Doe claimed that he pushed her on the bed, and she noticed his penis size after he unbuckled his pants.

"Pulling out his erect bare-skinned penis which appeared to be the length and girth of a large Tootsie Roll," the woman detailed in her lawsuit.

Doe also said she was "relieved" after seeing Diddy's penis size, because she knew it wouldn't hurt her.

In fact, she referred to his junk as "an itty-bitty Diddy."

50 caught wind of her claim and had jokes.

Doe is suing Diddy for damages, saying she suffered from serious trauma after the alleged rape and needed professional help.
