Spirit company Remy Martin is suing 50’s Sire Spirits because they say his Branson cognac infringes up their “trade-dress and design-patent rights in its jewel-shaped glass cognac bottle design.”
50 used the lawsuit to promo the very product that's caused the lawsuit.
