In 2015, 50 Cent filed Chapter 11 Bankruptcy after a couple of lawsuit losses -- including one to Rick Ross's baby mama over a sex tape -- put him $30 million in the hole.

Within a year, he had reorganized his finances and come up with a plan to pay back his creditors, effectively taking him out of bankruptcy.

However, according to The Blast, that has all hit a snag.  The website reports 50 is now taking his creditors to court for violating the Constitution by making him into a slave.

Well, despite the agreement and the addition of another 6 million dollars owed to Suntrust Bank, Jackson has come out and said that the creditors are turning him into a slave. "The plan conditions [50's] access to food and shelter on the whims of the trustee, who answers only to the [creditors]."

To the rapper, the payback plan results in 'compulsive labor' which he states is unconstitutional. Speaking of the constitution, Jackson is referring to the 13th Amendment which bans slavery and involuntary servitude. The plan to pay back the creditors he says creates 'a near-indefinite period of involuntary indentured servitude', hence the slavery analogy. Jackson says that he would have to be working solely for the creditors' benefit.

In addition, 50 is suing the law firm that represented him when he lost that lawsuit to Ross's baby mama for $32 million, claiming malpractice.  That suit is limbo because Ross, who is essential to Fif's case, refuses to be served because he doesn't want to help his bitter rival win.
