Last night, the right-wing media was awash in posts about the Biden administration giving out crack pipes to achieve racial equality.
While there is some hyperbole and lack of context in that description of the $30 million program, it is more or less what is happening, despite Snopes' best attempt to debunk and discredit the story.

50 Cent weighed in on the oddly worded program.
"OK, I don’t understand what’s going on now. 🤔 Let’s just give them some crack everybody loves CRACK. SMH," 50 typed.
