Alberto "Alpo" Martinez, who Cam'ron immortalized as Rico in Paid In Full, got 35 years in 1991 after striking a deal on 14 counts of murder, including the slaying of his former friend Rich Porter.
He was released and allegedly placed in the witness protection program in 2015.
He's been spotted numerous times since, most recently at the funeral for Harlem motorcycle legend Dirt Bike James.
As you can see, Alpo is getting lots of love in his hometown, even though he cooperated to get a much-reduced sentence.
Does that mean the streets are dead?
And what does it mean for notorious snitch Tekashi 6ix9ine?
