G Herbo and five other men were arrested last week by the feds on charges they were running a multi-year, multi-million dollar fraud scheme.

Herbo, who pleaded not guilty, is facing 14 counts of conspiracy to commit wire fraud and aggravated identify theft.

Today, we learned that Ari Fletcher, who's the mother of Herbo's son, will be a witness for the prosecution in the case against her baby daddy.

In the midst of "Damn Ari," trending on Twitter, Fletcher addressed the sloppy situation.

There may be something to that.  The Feds claim that Herbo and his crew used stolen credit card numbers to purchase private jet flights, limousine rides, exotic car rentals, luxury vacations, and designer puppies and Fletcher could speak to whether or not Herbo was living that way.
