According to people who lived and worked near the midtown Atlanta highrise Mercedes New called home the rapper would routinely go onto to his balcony completely naked and then urinate through the rails.

It got so bad that people started considering carrying umbrellas with them.

New was arrested this week for using Atlanta as his toilet.

The bust came after the manager of a nearby highrise caught him in the act and called the police.

"I'm famous.  I'm on TV.  I didn't do this" New claimed when a  reporter asked him if he was peeing on people.

New is currently locked up and will be charged with public indecency.
