Twitter resident Azealia Banks has used the social media platform she calls home to insult three artists who are much more successful than she is.
In an early morning rant, she described the music of VMA figures Nicki Minaj, Miley Cyrus and Taylor Swift as basic. In one tweet she types the word basic three times, one basic for each of her rival artists.
In another tweet she takes the opportunity to plug her album Broke With Expensive Taste, which failed miserably despite fairly good reviews.
