Tsu Surf has undergone surgery after being shot multiple times in his hometown of Newark NJ.
The famed battle rapper's buddy DaBlocc Obama has been updating his condition on Twitter.

Surf, who is Crip affiliated, had been off the radar for a bit after getting locked up on an aggregated assault charge last year. But he's been out since January and getting back on the scene.
