TMZ is reporting that he is a suspect in a grand theft case, after the alleged victim claims he snatched her very expensive jewelery.
Allegedly a few weeks ago, the Buffalo rapper shared a room with a woman at the SLS Hotel in Beverly Hills, California.
When the woman woke up, Benny and a pair of her $10,000 earrings were gone, and she says he admitted to snatching them and bouncing.
According to the woman, Benny said he would return them, but weeks have gone by, and Benny has changed his story, so she filed a police report against him.
No word from Benny as of yet.
