Nonessential business have begun to open in Boosie Badazz's adopted hometown of Atlanta.
Boosie -- who must have a lot pent up sexual frustration after a month of x-rated IG Live shenanigans -- took advantage of the end of the lockdown by going to the local mall and feeling up a mannequin.
