The hot take business has been good for Boosie Badazz.

So good he's trying to buy up his neighbor's property.  He posted a video of the attempted purchase.

"This is your neighbor Boosie 2 Houses down.  I want to buy your land ASAP." he wrote, and then left his (visible) phone number and his neighbors fence.

Boosie already has quite a (Mexican-built) mansion.  We guess he's looking to expand.
