Casanova made his first statement after being released from jail on $10,000 bail.

He also posted footage of himself dropping his child off to school, right before he turned himself into police a couple of days ago. In the caption, Cas admitted that he made a mistake by allowing himself to be involved in all this.

I lost everything I ever loved 11 years ago.But yet they still use that against me,I’ve haven’t committed a robbery yet a crime since i came home 5 years ago.But yet I’m being judged for being who I was.The difference between me and them is I don’t have loose lips cause I built this ship 🚢 Don’t let them trick you and upcoming rappers understand your a ticket your not the same anymore.I fucked up when I forgot that..Learn from my mistakes!!

It's been several days now since Cas was accused of roughing up a woman named Niya Rucker and taking her cell phone. The alleged incident happened in a New York City diner. From the beginning, he's claimed his innocence.

Earlier this week, 50 Cent posted audio of a woman that's supposedly Rucker's voice saying Casanova never touched her. But it's not clear if police have accepted it as official evidence or not.

How do you think all of this will play out for Cas?
