When it comes to R&B/Hip Hop albums the answer is Drake and Take Care. According to Billboard, Drake's 2011 album has spent 220 of the decades 520 weeks on the chart.

Cole 2014 Forest Hills Drive, Drake Views, Macklemore The Heist, Post Malone Beerbongs & Bentleys, Kendrick Lamar Good Kid, M.A.A.D. City, and Beyonce Beyonce.
