Check The Opening Week Projections For Logic's "Confessions Of a Dangerous Mind"

Logic has been a lowkey sales king over the last several years.

In 2017, his album Everybody did 247K first week. In 2018, his album YSIV did 167K first week and his commercial mixtape Bobby Tarantino 2 grabbed a 119K opening.  Pretty impressive, considering all the material he was putting out.

Logic dropped his Confession of a Dangerous Mind album last Friday, six weeks after dropping the "soundtrack album" Supermarket. Despite the red-hot Eminem featured "Homicide", Confessions of a Dangerous Mind doesn't seem to be performing up to the standards of his last two proper albums.

Hits Daily Double is projecting it does 75-85k SPS with 15-20k in traditional sales. HDD did add that Logic might add a merch bundle in the next day or so, which could take Confessions of a Dangerous Mind to six figures.

Nevertheless, that has to be a disappointing start for the project.

Do you think Logic oversaturated his market or was Confessions of a Dangerous Mind not up to par?
