It's been a pretty quiet year for Chief Keef.

But he's ringing in 2017 with a bang (no pun intended), dropping the mixtape Two Zero One Seven  New Year’s Day.

After that, there's a good chance he's going to revisit his Big Gucci Sosa Gucci Mane collab.

“We’ve talked a few times since he got out but we both busy as hell,” Sosa told Local Savages. “Niggas always hitting me up on Twitter about Big Gucci Sosa 2 so we gonna have to get together and do that. I made a whole ‘nother tape with my beats and him while he was gone but we ended up trashing that shit. I like his new songs, they hard as hell.”
As for those beats, you may be hearing some of them on Two Zero One Seven, which will feature a lot of his own production.

“I been practicing making beats for two years now and if I’m gonna spend all that time I want niggas to hear it,” he explained.  "My beats hard as hell now, expect that. I got Tadoe on there, Kash, uh…I think that’s it. Leekeleek got a beat on there too but I think the rest is all me. Hard ass shit. Bars and shit. You gonna be hearing it out of every car."
