When online personality Crip Mac got hit with federal gun charges, there was widespread concern about his future.
He was facing 15 years for being a felon in possession of a firearm, and there was talk the charge could be rolled into a larger RICO case that could have the 31-year-old facing up to life.
That chatter turned out to be unfounded.
This week, Crip pleaded guilty to the gun charge and got 33 months.
Crip Mac has been sentenced to 33 months in prison, following his arrest on federal gun charges in Los Angeles in December 2023.
