DeBaby was arrested in Miami yesterday for battery and robbery after allegedly beating and pouring apple juice on a promotor who shorted him for a show.
After he was arraigned this morning, he was charged in a separate case, an outstanding warrant from Texas in which DaBaby and another man are accused of jumping an airport employee in Dallas, Texas and are being charged with organized criminal activity.
Because of the outstanding warrant in Texas, the judge in Florida ordered him held without bond.
DaBaby had a defiant message before they led him away.
"I got a quarter-million dollars in a hotel I need my lawyer to go get it," he said in open court.
DaBaby has a violent history. He killed a man in a Wal-Mart but got off for self-defense. The Charlotte rapper and his entourage have also been involved in numerous beatdowns involving fans and other rappers.
