DaBaby has been sued for beating down someone he rented a house from, for beating down a hotel employee, for beating down DaniLeigh's brother, for slapping a female fan, and for beating down a promoter.

He just scored a victory in the promoter lawsuit.

Kenneth Carey wanted $6 million dollars because DaBaby's crew beat him up in 2020 over a dispute they were having about money.

During the assault, the Florida-based promoter says he was robbed of money and his cell phone.

Even though the fight was caught on tape, the jury sided with DaBaby after a five-day trial, awarding Carey nothing.

“Along with our client, Jonathan Kirk (DaBaby), we are thrilled that this federal jury, after a five-day trial, came to the same conclusion that we have maintained for almost 3 years - that these plaintiffs were attempting to use the legal system to shake down Mr. Kirk," DaBaby's lawyer Drew Findling told TMZ. “Mr. Kirk deserves all the credit in the world for not caving in to these plaintiffs' cash demands and having the confidence in the facts and his legal team to take this to a jury trial for a complete and total victory!”
