Dave East's debut album Survival dropped yesterday.  It features Teyana Taylor, Rick Ross, Nas, The-Dream, Fabolous, Gunna, Jacquees, Lil Baby, and Ty Dolla Sign.

Kodak Black was originally going to be on the album, but then he said this about Lauren London, the long-time girlfriend of Nipsey Hussle.

"Lauren London that's baby, though. She 'bout to be out here single," Kodak said on Live soon after Nip's death. "She fittin' to be a whole widow out here. I'll be the best man I can be for her. I'll give her a whole year. She might need a whole year to be crying and shit for [Nipsey.]"

East was tight with Nipsey so he couldn't have Kodak on his album after that level of disrespect.  (He's not the only one, Bhad Bhabie also booted Kodak from her track "Bestie" in the wake of his comments.)

Kodak has bigger problems than losing his spot on a Dave East project. On November 12 he will be sentenced for his guilty plea on federal charges of lying on a gun application. He faces up to eight years.

Good reason or should he have left him on the album?
