Dave East Responds To Faizon Love Calling Him A Fake Crip

Dave East finally let it be known how he feels about Faizon Love calling him a fake crip.

Love made the comment while speaking to fellow comedian Katt Williams on Hip-Hop Uncensored last year.

"That corny ass fake crip n***a. I be like, 'What the f*ck?'" said Love back then. "I was so surprised that MC Eiht gave him a stamp."

Love was asked about that comment when he later appeared on VladTV and said no one, including East, should aspire to be a gang member.

"Your worst problem is a young brother from ESP Piru, a real blood, catching you and that's it," Love explained. "You can't rap when he come up. If you bangin,' that's what bangin' is."

“I don’t know if I hit one of his joints," East responded on Smoke Champs. "I ain’t got no problems with Big Worm … I never met you, I never spoke to you, never seen you. I only seen you on Friday… I don’t pay to do nothing, this is just me, I move how I move. I got family where I got family … I’ll be 33 in June. I’m a grown f*ckin’ man. Who I got to prove something to? If you don’t believe it, you don’t believe it.
