Delonte West has struggled mightily with his mental health since his highly entertaining NBA career ended.
He's been spotted looking homeless in the Dallas and DC areas and, and earlier this year this was a video of him getting beat up on the street.
That prompted offers of assistance from the NBA and some of his former teammates.
They apparently haven't been able to get to him, as 37 year old was recently spotted in Dallas begging on the road

Hopefully, he will get the help he needs.
