Prosecutors filed a superseding indictment on Diddy yesterday, and two new females were added to his charges of sex trafficking, racketeering conspiracy, and transporting prostitutes.
In addition, the time that prosecutors say Diddy committed those crimes was stretched, and it's now from 2004-2024. They first said it started in 2008.
The new indictment now lists Victim 2 and Victim 3. Victim-1, who is suspected to be Cassie, was already listed.
Prosecutors say that Diddy transported all three women for prostitution in exchange for money, getting their housing expenses paid, and getting career opportunities.
Diddy's lawyer, Marc Agnifilo, has already hit back.
"The latest Indictment contains no new offenses," he said. "The prosecution's theory remains flawed. The government has added the ridiculous theory that two of Mr. Combs’ former girlfriends were not girlfriends at all but were prostitutes. Mr. Combs is as committed as ever to fighting these charges and winning at trial."
If the Bad Boy mogul is found guilty, he could get anywhere from 15 years in prison to life.
