Diddy Ordered To Pay $100 Million Sexual Assault Judgement to Male Prisoner

Puff Daddy now owes  Derrick Lee Cardello-Smith $100 million.

Earlier the week, a Michigan judge awarded Cardello-Smith that massive sum in a default judgment when Puff didn't show up for preliminary hearings in Cardello-Smith's sexual assault lawsuit against the disgraced mogul.

Cardello-Smith, 51, is a prison inmate "known for his long history of challenging the judicial system with civil lawsuits.” 

Cardello-Smith alleges that he met Puff in 1997 while working as a waiter at a Detroit restaurant.  According to the lawsuit, the two ended up having sex with a group of women.

During the sex, he felt Puff caressing him.  He later passed out from a "spiked drink" Diddy gave him.  When he came to, he saw Puff having sex with a woman.  Then Diddy allegedly said, "I did this to you too."

Cardello-Smith claims The Diddler offered him $2.3 million to settle the lawsuit, but he wanted to go to court and get more.

So far, so good on that front
