DJ Unk passed away last week at the age of 43.
His cause of death has now been revealed.
Unk died of a cardiac arrest, according to his wife.
Unk was known for his 2006 smash hit "Walk It Out."
He scored another hit with the track "2 Step."
Unk performed "Walk It Out" at the inaugural BET Awards, and it was featured in the movie Stomp The Yard.
