Donald Trump has Been Shot

During a rally today in Pennsylvania, Donald Trump appeared to get shot.

He hit the ground after the side of his face was hit, following the sounds of gunfire.

He was able to get up.  His ear was bleeding.  He was escorted off of the stage by security service agents.
