There hadn't been much new music from Drake in a minute.
When he did drop two tracks on Friday, "God's Plan" and "Diplomatic Immunity", one of them promptly broke a streaming record.
"God's Plan" racked up 4,326,679 U.S. Spotify streams in its first day. Which is the most ever, at least according to Drake.
As you can see, Drake also used the opportunity to congratulate LeBron James on his 30,000 points -- and compared himself to King James in the process.
Drake is no stranger to breaking streaming records. His last full project, the playlist More Life, broke a bunch of them.
When he drops his next proper album -- likely sometime this year -- he'll probably break some more.
