Back in 2014, Drake settled with Rappin' 4-Tay  after the Hip Hop vet accused Drizzy of swiping the lyrics of Tay's 1994 hit track "Playaz Club" and putting them in his verse on YG's track "Who Do You Love."

The case never actually went to court.  But the word was that Drake acknowledged the theft and cut 4-Tay a check for $100,000.

Or maybe he didn't. 4-Tay [Anthony Forté] recently invoiced OVO Sounds for "ghost writing services" on "Who Do You Love."

Do you think the 50-year old 4-Tay is clout chasing here, or did Drake and company really not pay what they said they were going to pay?
