Sam Skully is suing Drake, Big Fredia, Asylum Records, Cash Money Records and Republic Records for swiping his beats and using them in Drake's hits "In My Feelings" and "Nice For What"

Skully says Drake and Big Freedia sampled his 2000 track, "Roll Call" in "Nice For What", but never asked permission, credited him or paid him. Skully claims Drake did the same for "In My Feelings."  TMZ, who uncovered the lawsuit, doesn't have information on which Skully sample they swiped for that one.

Skully claims he published the beats on a regional New Orleans CD and didn't realize until recently that Drake and Fredia had used them.

"In My Feelings" was a huge hit and broke the record for the most streams in a single week when it dropped in June of 2018. "Nice For What" was 30th song in Billboard history to enter the Hot 100 chart at number one.

Skully is seeking unspecified damages.
