Dwight Howard Threatens US National Basketball team

The US Men's Basketball team did not medal at this month's World Cup.

Granted, they very much sent their B team to compete in the tournament.

Things will be different at the 2024 Olympics. 

Instead of Jason Hart,  Austin Reeves, Cam Johnson, and Jaren Jackson Jr, the Red, White, and Blue will be rolling with folks like Kevin Durant, LeBron James, Devin Booker, Jayson Tatum, and Stephen Curry.

The name "Dwight Howard" isn't going to pop into too many people's minds when building a roster for Paris.

Yes, the big man might be a Hall Of Famer.  However, at 37, he competes in Taiwan.

Nevertheless, he threatened US Basketball to take him to France or else.
