Eminem has a thing about going after pop cultural figures.

This time he's doing so in court rather than with bars.

Real Housewives of Potomac stars Gizelle Bryant and Robyn Dixon have named their podcast Reasonably Shady and have filed for a trademark so they can sell merch.

Eminem is opposing the trademark because he already has a trademark on "Shady" and argues that  their trademark could “cause confusion in the minds of consumers."

The Housewives haven't responded to Em's petition.
