Biggie's murder is still unsolved...The Brooklyn rapper was gunned down in Los Angeles on March 9, 1997.

In a new interview with the New York Post, Ex-FBI agent Phil Carson, who worked the case for two years, revealed some pretty interesting details about the case.

Carson claims that there are sealed docs that reveal who the killer is and the cover-up that involves LAPD officers, but on top of that, who the real target was.

According to Carson, Biggie was not the intended target that night, but it was Puffy who the shooter was going after.

The original target was not Biggie, said Carson, but Sean “Puffy” Combs, who was in the vehicle ahead of Biggie’s SUV on the night of the murder. Carson said he shared this information with Combs and that the record label exec was “pretty freaked out” to learn that he was the intended hit.
