The-rapper-as-the-most-dangerous-job-in-America argument, which has been forwarded by rappers like Jim Jones, has had a strong year, as several prominent rappers have been killed in shootings and others injured.
Fabolous is the latest rapper to be on board with the designation. He broke it down on Instagram.
"Black men are surviving the trenches, constant battles in a war zone environment .. make something of themselves as artists, become famous, make millions of dollars, change their lifestyle, and some how still end up dead or in jail," Fab typed in response to Zoey Dollar getting shot up. "Respectfully .. being a rapper has become the most dangerous job in America."
