Last week, Justin Johnson was charged with first-degree murder in the death of Young Dolph.
Johnson, who was close enough to Dolph to wear a PRE chain, proclaimed his innocence and claimed he would turn himself in Monday.
Instead, he used the attention to drop the song "Track Hawk" as the rapper Straight Dropp.
Today, US Marshals caught the Memphis resident in Indiana and took him back to Tennessee.
Law enforcement says he has ties to organized crime.
