The Game's The Documentary 2 beat its opening projections.

But not by enough to grab number one.

It was a big week for Hip Hop overall. Boasted by his SNL appearance, The Weeknd's Beauty Behind The Madness saw a 42 percent jump from last week, finishing third at 84,493.

Fetty Wap's self-titled debut was fourth with 54,995 followed by Drake and Future's WATTBA with 53,206.
