Jensel "Ish" Butler is the first to be sentenced in the racketeering case against Tekashi 6ix9ine and his Nine Trey affiliates.

Butler, who plead guilty, we'll get five years for his participation in a Times Square robbery. It was the lightest sentence he could have received.

So far, all but two of 6ix9ine's co-defendants have entered guilty pleas. Of the two, Anthony "Harv" Ellison has signaled his intention to go trial. He is doing so in large part to force 6ix9ine -- who is cooperating with the government -- to testify against him.

6ix9ine's lawyers believe the judge may release 6ix9ine after his next court date in early 2020. If he hadn't snitched, the troll rapper was facing up to 47 years.
