The war between Forbes and Kanye West over his net worth continues.

A day after another publication listed Ye's net worth at $6.6 billion -- making the richest Black American ever -- Forbes pushed back, arguing that number is greatly inflated by incorrectly valuing the Yeezy brand between  $3.2 billion and $4.7.

“West’s wildly optimistic approach to his net worth mirrors the approach used by Donald Trump, who insists the value of his name be included in any net worth estimate. Trump, who we value at $2.5 , says his brand has an intrinsic value, regardless of actual revenue. West and his camp are making a similar argument for businesses attached to the Yeezy names," Forbes argues.

Forbes believes that Kanye's net worth is currently $1.8 billion, leaving him far short of African American businessman Robert Smith's net worth of $5 billion.

Last year, Kanye ripped Forbes when they put his valuation at a mere $1.3 billion and later referred to them as "his favorite white supremacists".
