2Pac was famously shot multiple times outside of Quad Studios in New York in 1994.

According to Funk Flex -- who was allegedly at the studios during incident -- the first shot came from Pac's gun.

“You Pac fans always talking that talk,” Flex said on IG Live. “Cheddar Bob. Came in there, popped himself in the leg. Popped himself first. That’s what happened.” "He knew who approached him. He had a steel on him, because he knew he had a issue out there, and when get got there, they was just gonna take his jewelry. They didn’t even touch him. He panicked, pulled out the steel, shot himself.”

#OnThisDateInHipHop, @LevelUpHipHop knows why I gotta run that fade with @FunkFlex before, during and after my #Freestyle189 on #Hot97 - @infinitevisionz with the dime.

The other voice in the video is Lil Cease of Junior Mafia.

Flex & Cease certainly aren't the first people to forward this theory. LAPD investigator Greg Kading -- who's reviewed all of the material -- believes that's what happened.

"In the haste of getting his gun out of his waistband, I believe he pulled the trigger,” said Kading, who has reviewed the investigative material. “I think the wounds to his head were superficial lacerations from being pistol whipped. If [his three aggressors] went there to execute him, they could have certainly done that.”
Nevertheless, Flex was pretty gleeful when he explained how the legend Cheddar Bobbed himself. It's not the first time he's criticized Pac.

"I respect what he put down. I respect what he made happen, the records he made, the records he sold, and I know how passionate he was about his music,” Flex said of Pac in 2010. “I also think that he brought a negative energy into the game with the beefing and the erratic energy and the threats ... I know everybody loves the man, and you should love him, but I don’t have to love him like that. I voiced it when it was going on, I voiced it when it was happening, when he said something about me on a mixtape, I said what I wanted to say … If people are upset about it, I get it. But I don’t think that energy he was saying … about Faith [Evans], about that man’s wife … I don’t think that was cool.”
Flex is a Biggie guy, and has also made it clear that he didn't get along with Pac when he was alive.

But is ranting on IG Live like that the way to talk about the dead?

Update: Cease denies he's the other voice in the video:

Come On Now People!! Put This BS To Rest!! I Would Never Speak Negative On Tupac Or Anybody Dead!! That's Not Me At All.. This Is One Of The Reasons They Both Not Here Now Smh!! #SpreadLoveNotWar #RipTupac #RipBig
