GloRilla was supposed to perform last night at Complex in Oakland.

Or so the folks at Complex --- who paid the femcee 30K -- thought.

But she didn't spit one bar.

And when she left, angry patrons spit on her.

According to the night's promotor GloRilla was paid to rap -- not just for a walk-through.
