Soulja Boy celebrated his 26th birthday in the recording studio with friends like Sean Kingston.

According to TMZ, when one of the revelers stepped out of the studio he was accosted by a masked robber. A struggle ensued and the thief shot the victim in the arm before fleeing by car.

By the time the police arrived, Soulja Boy had left the studio. The victim was hospitalized with non-life-threatening injuries.

Because he's Soulja Boy, he had been flashing a lot of cash on IG and Snapchat during his birthday bash. Perhaps that's what attracted the armed robber to the studio.
