Bad news for Gunna, who's been charged with RICO in Fulton County's massive indictment against YSL

This morning, Judge Ural Glanville denied Wunna bond and set a trial date in January of 2023, meaning the 28-year-old won't be coming home in 2022.

The judge didn't comment on why he denied bail but seemed swayed by the prosecutor's arguments that the YSLs would try to intimidate witnesses.

“They are the ones directing the violence,” argued one prosecutor from the Fulton County District Attorney’s Office, referring to both Young Thug and Gunna. “They direct their troops.”

The judge delayed any decision on Thug's bail and trial date as the court is dealing with a potential conflict of interest involving Thug's lawyer.

But it stands to reason he will also be denied bail and won't be seeing the light in 2022.
