Gunna just spent some time in the hospital

While it wasn't revealed why the Atlanta rapper was admitted when he was admitted, we learned that Young Thug was so distraught by his slime's illness that he rushed to his hospital bed and presented him with four AP watches.

The bling did the trick because Wunna is back home and feeling better.  Good enough to reveal what had laid him up.

"I feel better, I’m out of the hospital. I had f*cking pneumonia really, really bad. Health is wealth. Everybody take care of your body.  Take it easy.  But I'm good.  I'm in the back of the Maybach watching Belly.  I don't want people to think I'm in the hospital down. I’m up. Album on the way, on my momma," Gunna said, and then coughed.
