Amazon now uses private contractors to make many of their deliveries.
That practice almost ended in tragedy when an uninformed delivery guy delivered a package to Ice-T.
The 61-year old rapper/actor explains what went down in a message to the ecommerece giant.

Dave Clark, the SVP of operations at Amazon, responded to Ice and said it's something they are working on.
