J. Cole famously doesn't use features on his tracks.
But he does feature on other rappers' cuts. And when he does, he gets paid.
Cole, along with Travis Scott, is on Young Thug's song-of-the-summer bid "The London". In his bars, he breaks down what he makes for a verse.
"A verse from me is like 11 birds/ I did the math it's like $2000 every word," Cole raps.
Cole ends up rapping about 200 words on "The London", which would be $400,000.
Something tells us he did not charge Thugger $400,000.
