J. Cole's 2018 album KOD just went platinum. Without features.
US certifications (@RIAA): @JColeNC, KOD Platinum (1,000,000; album).
— chart data (@chartdata) December 20, 2018
It's the third time Cole has unlocked this achievement badge, following his last two albums 2016's 4 Your Eyez Only and 2014's 2014 Forest Hill Drive.
Technically and linerially there was a feature on KOD. Kil Edward was on "The Cut Off" and "Friends." But since Kill Edward is just J. Cole at a different pitch, KOD still counts as featureless in our book
