According to an unknown woman, Jamie Foxx slapped her in the face with his penis.  He says that's an outright lie and is planning to legal action against her.

The woman claims she and a friend went to a party of Foxx's in Las Vegas in 2002, where the actor tried to get her to perform oral sex. When she refused, he hit her in the face with his penis. The next day, she went to a hospital. Later, she received treatment for a severe panic attack.

The accuser told all of this to Las Vegas police for the very first time just a week ago, although the statute of limitations for this type of crime is three years.  Foxx's lawyer said the claim is ridiculous. 

"Jamie emphatically denies that this incident ever occurred, and he will be filing a report with the Las Vegas Police Department against the woman for filing a false police report against him," said Allison Hart. "The first time [Jamie] became aware of this woman's absurd claims about an incident that supposedly occurred 16 years ago was when TMZ contacted his representatives [Tuesday] about this story ... The alleged incident was not reported to law enforcement in 2002 or at any other time in the last 16 years until last Friday, because the incident never happened."

The accuser said she was inspired to go to the police because of the #MeToo movement.
